Karen: Yes, I was wondering what other departments I would work closely with if I got the job.
Interviewer: If you got the job, then you would work very closely with both the accounting team and the logistics team. The accounting team will take care of all the sales and money issues, and the logistics team will take care of the shipping and delivery. If your customer has any problem with either of these things, then you will need to sort out the problem with either the accounting or logistics team.
Karen: I see. So, I guess I would need to make a strong relationship with the people on those teams.
Interviewer: That would be very helpful. Sometimes, there can be tension between an account manager and the other teams, but it is part of the job.
Karen: I understand. I know I can handle that kind of work well.
