Interviewer: Would you say that you are a team player?

Mark: Yes, I think that I am a team player. I don't worry about individual achievements. Instead, I focus on the performance and success of the team.

Interviewer: So, you don't care about individual awards or recognition?

Mark: Of course, I enjoy being recognized for my work, and everybody likes getting an award. However, if my team is not successful, then that award or recognition means nothing. The most important thing is the success of the team. Individual recognition is just a bonus for me.

Interviewer: That kind of attitude would fit very well with our company.
