What kind of training should I expect?

How to Use

Interviewer: Do you have any other questions for me?

Bill: I have one last question. If I get this job, what kind of training should I expect?

Interviewer: If you get this job, then you will receive one week of corporate training from our human resources department. During this week, you will learn all about company policies and other general information about the company. After that, you will receive two weeks of training from your department. Then, you will work under the supervision of an experienced employee for two months.

Bill: So, after about three months, I will have the responsibilities of a regular employee?

Interviewer: If your manager feels that you are ready, then you will be given more responsibilities and independence. For most people, this is usually after working with an experienced staff member for two months.

Bill: That sounds good.

Interviewer: Any other questions?

Bill: Not that I can think of. Thank you so much for giving me the chance to interview today.

Interviewer: Thanks for coming. I will call you by the end of this week and let you know.
