Interviewer: Do you have any questions for me?
Carly: Yes. What do you expect me to accomplish in the first 90 days?
Interviewer: That's a good question. First, I want you to become familiar with the company's products, processes, and policies. Second, I would like you to evaluate the marketing team and review the processes and methods that the marketing team uses. Finally, I would like for you to develop a plan to improve the performance of the marketing team.
Carly: I understand. I would be able to do that. As we talked about before, I have experience reorganizing and improving marketing teams and departments.
Interviewer: I remember, and I do think that you would be a great fit here. But I do have to interview a few more candidates. I will let you know by the end of the week. Thank you so much for coming and interviewing today.
