Karen: If I were the only new person joining a team, then I would try to be friendly and outgoing. I would let everyone know that I was excited to join the team and that I was a team player.
Interviewer: What else would you do?
Karen: I think I would also ask a lot of questions. This way I could learn a lot about the people and the job while also showing my new colleagues that I was interested in them.
Interviewer: I think that would be a good way to fit in with a new team.
Karen: I have been in this situation before, and this method has worked for me in the past.
