Does this job usually lead to other positions at the company?

How to Use

Interviewer: Do you have any questions for me?

Sharon: Yes, I am curious about something. Does this job usually lead to other positions at the company?

Interviewer: Yes. Most people who join our sales team start off as sales assistants. Then after about two or three years, they are promoted to sales associates. Then, depending on performance, a sales member can be promoted to sales executive, sales manager, and possibly higher.

Sharon: Does being promoted to a sales associate depend solely on sales performance?

Interviewer: No. It depends on a variety of factors. It depends on sales performance, how well the person works with others, attitude, and the company's needs.

Sharon: I understand. I don't have any more questions.

Interviewer: Okay. Thank you for coming today. I will be in contact with you soon.

Sharon: Thank you. Have a nice day.
